Many in the neighborhood know De-Vinos over on 30 Clinton Street.  Rumor has it that it is run by one guy, and it looks like he really likes the Ten Bells.  I was struck by his write up because, its honest and it hightlights some of the things that I love about the Ten Bells - home style service, great wine, and a good place to take an old friend.  Read his review
