Sunday Night Delicacies

I forgot to tell you about it... This Sunday, after visiting Yassine's Algerian Meatballs, we're going up north, just a little bit so we get to Spain...!!! And as you all know, one off the biggest traditional dish in Spain is PAELLA. So as we promised you a few weeks ago, the paella will hit your palate Sunday. One thing we don't know yet is if it's gonna be a Seafood Paella or the Black Ink Paella, surprise, surprise!!! (I would go for the black ink one)

By the way, we'll be close next year for Thanksgiving and the wines yesterday : the last bottle of Plou-Plou, 1 bottle of Le Rouge Est Mis, 1 bottle of Bonnes Blanches and a bottle of Marceau Le Blanc. Happy camper after that!!! Marceau Le Blanc is a very interesting wine. The blend of Macabeu & Grenache Blanc makes you feel that you are sucking on a wet piece of stone. With oysters, it's a winner!!!
