Friday, JFK, Terminal 5, 10.00 a.m.My plane was delayed so I'm sitting across that nice woman,talking about New-York while having breakfast, ready to hit the Caribbean and their 95 degrees with my new speedo. Is it a good sign???

One thing I'm gonna miss is PAULI'S LASAGNA this coming Sunday. He's the chef @ Bar Stuzzichini and his lasagna are off the meter!!!

This week was a little weird like if we had full moon everyday. We knocked down a few amazing bottles Wednesday night with a couple of friends : Morgon cuvee Marcel Lapierre 07, Originel from Julien Courtois, Ploussard Overnoy 08 (who really start to show now), Bourgueil Franc de Pied 05 from the Breton family, magnum of Il Frappato 07 from Arianna Occhipinti (I think it took us 15 minutes to kill it, it's a kick ass wine!!!). That's what I call a great night!

By the way, full moon's tomorrow and M's bigger than ever, and the surprise is coming up!!!
