Folks, first time in New-Orleans and one thing for sure, I'll be back!!!

So as I'm on vacation, this one's gonna be a very short one (again). An amazing new wine (only 2 cases made it to the U.S), a Collioure white "Vall Pompo" 09 from Bruno Duchene. This wine has it all, the blend of Grenache Blanc & Macabeu mixed with the secret ingredient makes it alive, generous, aromatic, dry, mineral, complex... to drink endlessly!
